Downtown Elkton Festival of the Arts, which is a first of its kind for historic Downtown Elkton, will welcome juried Artists and Artisans in a wide range of styles and mediums and Musicians in a wide range of musical styles. 

 

There will also be a Chalk Walk which is a version of an Italian street painting festival. Artists of all ages are invited to create, with chalk pastels, a picture on the pavement. Drawings are generated in full view of the public, who are encouraged to interact with the artists as they use their amazing talents to create beautiful “murals” before their audience’s eyes.
